Condition: 'Leaf [b]1 is mutilated in the top outer corner. Three of the missing leaves were used before 1859 to supply imperfections in a British Museum copy (De Ricci 36:6), which was disposed of as a duplicate in 1911 and which is now in t Scheide Library, Princeton, Goff D-272. Each leaf is mounted, overall measurement being 279 x 186 mm.'
