- 'Without the first blank. The first leaf of sheet d1-8 in Part I
appears to have been cut out and discarded, owning to mutilation, at and
early date, and to have been made up at the same time by a new copy of the
whole sheet. On the made-up d1v is the early manuscript catchword
'neuertheles' and on d2r is the inscription, 'folium hoc laceratum super
vacuum erat'
