'Leaves a4 and a5 are mutilated, the missing text supplied in pen-and-ink facsimile. Leaves a5, e1, e6, and e7 are higed, leaf a7 is inaldi, and leaf l6 is cut and mounted. The txt on a4a has been surrounded by blank rules'. BMC XI, 134-35.
